Mumoto. Most of the people here are over 15. But the posts before have stated what it looks like what you are doing. It doesn't take much to be a leader of the group. Group people, start mission. It's not just that your group can't even kill one, it's just that how you started it off was bad. Just need to play more, that's all. And what, how many weeks have been trying HoH?
Oh, and I'm sorry. But the 15 year old quote I have to go against. There are 5 year olds who can read better than most people can. And my 9 year old brother is more mature than some 20 year olds I know in Guild Wars. Just what I see, my preference.
But really, continue on with the game. And good luck.
And I can assure you that Divine Elemental has the capability of reading.

I've played in other places and I am usually the one that survives because I have experience, you're making me the scapegoat of all the teams I've been in while I am the one trying to co-operate with any plans they make.
If we lose it's the whole team not just one person.

I like age-discrimination as much as everyone likes profession / rank and other kinds of discrimination.

As a player, I can say that the best course of action is to try to devote most of your energy to finding a guild that you can play with. Teamwork is something that can be refined as you play again and again with the same people, but it's incredibly difficult to have the same synergy with a random pickup group, which is why many pickups lose.
If you can look around the cities for guild invites, or run missions and ask the mature players if they're interested in letting you join, then you can probably accomplish this.
I've lost every time I've played in tombs with pickups, simply because there was no communication going on, and I didn't know who was doing what on my team half the time because they'd always rush in.
It does take time, and the best you can do toward winning is refining your strategy with a good group of friends, or a guild. Therefore, finding this group should be your first priority. While people can get lucky with pickups in ToPK, that's a random draw every time you join a group, while having the same group over and over will lead to an overall INCREASE in that probability of winning.

The problem is the advice you're trying to give is not for me, you don't read the whole thread so you don't know how I play and how I describe myself.

Yes, but it's hard if the rest doesn't make any tactic-plans, Can't change my skills if I don't know what others are planning to do.

Okay, look. Most of us on here gave us pointers on what we thought that you could do to help improve you. Yet, you come back with your other experiences and haven't really tried them again yet, and started from scratch again. As Divine said. Most of the time when we try to say something, and you quote it, it's completely something that is not on-topic.
And everyone discriminates. As in making choices on what you prefer. But I say it's better if you be a bit more open-minded first.

Maybe it is you, maybe you have bad luck with guild wars...
Try a single player game, where the only person you can blame is yourself.

Two options that I can see:
1. Learn how to be a leader, form teams yourself, ask them questions to ensure they really do know what they're doing.
2. Switch to the American server. You can do this a certain amount of times, I believe its 6. It's somewhere in your options or setup menu, poke around a bit and you'll find it. My copy was set up for Euro, and I switched to American, so I know it can be done. You obviously speak English, communication won't be a problem, so go ahead and do it if you think its a good idea. Personally I think once you switch you'll long to get away from THE OMFG LAWL NOOBZ U SUXXORX type and end up playing on the European server again. American teams can be just as bad and frustrating to play in.
Most of the time I log on these days its a toss up which nation will hold favor. It used to be the US all the time and now I see Europe and Korea holding it a lot. Do what you will, but please don't tell me Europe is clueless, that's way too big of a generalization.

Your advice is so funny, but useless again.

Mumoto, his advice wasn't useless. He was stating what he is seeing you as a player. You don't have to switch to american servers, but you can go around a bit and switch to maybe Korea? Or just spend time getting people togehter and playing.

Random fact of the day: you can only switch between American and European servers, not to Korean servers.
My contribution: PUGs suck, get friends or a guild.

I am a European and I will co-op with anyone, but they never discuss tactics or anything.
Don't ask me for making tactics because I don't know what skills everybody should use... nor do I think I'm capable to be the leader.

Lots of people don't... I'd suggest getting into a good guild.
Besides, Europe can win, and lately they've had it a little more then America
